FitVault charges a flat $100 per 60-minute session. Packages reduce the per-session cost: Kickstart ($1,000 / 10 sessions), Transform ($2,000 / 20 sessions), Elite ($4,000 / 40 sessions). A 20% cash discount applies to every package.
Yes — fully free, no card required. You'll get a complete 60-minute session including assessment, goal consultation, full workout, and a personalised program recommendation. No obligation to continue afterwards.
Yes — sessions run inside Plus Fitness Milperra, so you'll need an active membership. Most clients combine the gym access with FitVault's coaching for the full experience.

Yes — the majority of FitVault clients are returning to fitness or starting fresh. The Kickstart package is specifically built for the first 5 weeks of getting back into training.
Declare it on the intake form. Hassan's qualifications cover safe programming around common injuries (lower back, knees, shoulders). For complex cases, you'll be referred for medical clearance first.
Cancel 24+ hours before your session — reschedule at no charge. Less than 24 hours forfeits 50% of the session fee. No-shows aren't refunded. Full terms are on the intake form.
Cash payments save card-processing fees, so 20% gets passed back to you. All cash transactions still receive a proper receipt and are recorded for tax compliance.
