Privacy Policy

How FitVault collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

FitVault is a trading name of Hassan Nafeh (ABN 22 126 074 712), a sole trader operating in Sydney, NSW. This policy explains how personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Intake form submissions are received via email through EmailJS and stored in the FitVault Gmail account (fitvault98@gmail.com), protected by two-factor authentication. Payment records are kept in accordance with Australian tax record-keeping requirements (minimum 5 years). Physical and digital records are accessible only to Hassan Nafeh.

The FitVault website (fitvault.com.au) does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts that identify individual visitors. If this changes in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be shown.

Active client records are retained for the duration of the training relationship and for 7 years after your last session, in line with Australian tax and limitation period requirements. Prospective client intake forms (where no training relationship commences) are retained for 12 months and then deleted.

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please contact Hassan directly first. If unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

This policy may be updated periodically. The current version is always available at fitvault.com.au/privacy. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
